Servings 1 serving


  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 bunch kale leaves, about 6 small leaves, stems removed
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1/2 tsp fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp local honey


  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
